Petal YMCA Afterschool Program

Give your child a safe, active, and enriching place to go after school! Our Afterschool Program provides transportation from participating schools, a healthy afternoon snack, homework assistance, and plenty of fun, supervised activities led by caring, trained YMCA staff.

We’ll pick them up from school—you pick them up at the Petal YMCA by 6:00 PM.

Program Information

• Program Dates: First day of your child’s school year through May 21, 2027
• Registration Fee: $50 per child
• Sibling Discount: $5 off the weekly fee for each additional child

Weekly Rates

• YMCA Members: $72/week
• Non-Members: $85/week

Holiday Camp

Holiday Camps are not included in the weekly Afterschool tuition. Registration and payment are required prior to attendance.

• Members: $100/week
• Non-Members: $122/week

MDHS Child Care Payment Program (CCPP) is accepted. Financial Assistance is available for qualifying families and must be approved before registration. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
